Orders ship generally ship within three business days from when payment is received.

Buyers from outside the continental U.S. must contact us at Partsconnection@aol.com for shipping charge inquiries.

Inventory may go out of stock after your purchase, if this does happen (although unlikely) you will have two options. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund or you can wait the necessary time and receive a back-order. If any items you purchase are out of stock, you will be notified within 72 hours so that arrangements can be made.

If there there are any problems with your item, we will gladly replace it, or offer you a full refund. We fully back the products we supply and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that there is a defect or a return is necessary, we ask that you contact us within 45 days.

Emtek hardware items are subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns. This fee is implemented directly from Emtek, and as a direct distributor, we have no way of avoiding it. Please be careful when purchasing Emtek items to be sure that your quantities and handing information are correct. If you need help making your selection, please contact us and we'll be glad to provide assistance.

We work directly with our manufacturers, and as they frequently change their prices, our prices may be subject to change as well. We'll always try to reflect accurate, up-to-date prices here at partsconnectionstore.com, however, in the event that a purchased item is priced incorrectly, we will do our best to contact you quickly to correct the order.
